We had some very special visitors stop by yesterday to give our students a little taste of the rodeo! Two rodeo clowns and the Mrs. Rodeo USA came out to show off their skills, have some fun with our students, and invite everyone to the rodeo happening in Blue Ridge this weekend!

And of course, they couldn’t visit without bringing a little friendly competition with them! A few of our middle school students volunteered for a fun barrel race—and somehow Mrs. Trista found herself “volunteered” to join in too! 🤣 We’re not sure she signed up for rodeo duty when she came to school that morning, but she was a great sport and gave our students plenty to cheer about!

To make the visit even better, every child age 8 and under received a FREE admission ticket to the rodeo!

A huge thank you to our rodeo guests for taking the time to visit MACA and make the day extra special for our students. We loved the laughs, the friendly competition, and getting a little preview of all the rodeo fun headed to Blue Ridge this weekend! 🦁💚

There’s nothing quite like walking into your classroom on your birthday and finding a BIG surprise waiting for you!

One of our students got to experience Deck the Desk today, and the excitement on her face when she saw her desk all decorated was priceless!

We LOVE getting to help our MACA families make birthdays a little extra special! 🦁💚

Want to surprise your student on their special day? SGA’s Deck the Desk is just $10! Preschool students can have their chair or cubby decorated, elementary students can have their desk decorated, and middle & high school students can have their locker decorated.

✨ Just remember—forms and payment must be turned in at least TWO WEEKS before the special day!

We’re excited to introduce Mrs. Brandi, who has stepped into an important new role at MACA—overseeing the food and nutrition needs of our students!

From planning and coordinating meals to making sure our students have nutritious, delicious options throughout the school day, Mrs. Brandi is helping us take great care of our Lions. 🦁

Feeding a school full of growing students is no small task, and we’re so thankful to have Mrs. Brandi taking the lead and bringing lots of care (and good food!) to our MACA family.

Please help us give Mrs. Brandi a big MACA welcome! 💚🦁
