Yesterday our teachers took home a shark with them to take a bite out of summer and share some of the cool things teachers do while not at school!

First just up is from Ms. Dominie:

Meet Swim Shady, ( yes, the real Shady) who is enjoying his first day of summer break in rainy Connelly Springs because he did not have to hear the alarm go off at 4:45am.

We are excited to welcome back our former Salem Tigers on May 18 for their annual Senior Walk. This is such a special tradition for our school, and a meaningful moment for these seniors as they return to the place where their journey began. We want to celebrate them and show how proud we are of all they have accomplished.

The Senior Walk will begin at 8:30 am. Our students will line the hallways to cheer on the seniors as they walk through the building. It is always a powerful moment for both our current students and our graduates. As part of the morning, we will host a light breakfast reception for the seniors.

Any former Salem teachers are welcome to join us as well!
