MHPCNS is a cooperative learning environment meaning parents (and sometimes grandparents too!) participate in the classroom once a week alongside our teacher. We believe that parent involvement creates a secure and enriching environment for these little students as they begin the tender journey into the world of school. Our primary goal is to create an environment that helps each child grow and de

velop intellectually, physically, socially and emotionally. By providing free space for children to explore, including varied stations and small group activities, children make discoveries about their world while becoming intelligent and active explorers and developing a love of learning through self achievement. Our children enjoy regularly scheduled field trips like the pumpkin patch and the fire station, class holiday celebrations and family events like Dad's day, family picnic and Bike day. Currently we accommodate children ranging in age from 2-5. Our three classes include a 2/3s class, 3/4a class, and the Pre-K class. We do not require potty training for enrollment.
