KICKBOXING:
Monday & Wednesday 7:15pm - 8:15pm

Monday & Wednesday 4:30pm - 5pm

GRACIE JIU JITSU (AGES 8 - 14):
Monday & Wednesday 5pm - 5:45pm

MMA (Ages 5 - 13)
Tuesday & Thursday
Beginners: 5:15pm - 5:45pm
Advanced: 5:45pm - 6:30pm

My dad made me.

I love dodge ball after training!
