🌟📚 Celebrating Excellence in Education! 📚🌟

Help us congratulate two of our outstanding teachers for earning exceptional Value-Added Model (VAM) scores: Ms. Barragan and Ms. Suire! 🎉👏

But what exactly is VAM? VAM is a measure used to help evaluate a teacher’s impact on student academic growth over time. It looks at how much progress students make academically, taking into account factors such as their prior achievement.

These outstanding results reflect the dedication, hard work, and commitment our teachers bring to the classroom each day. We are so proud of their efforts to help our students learn, grow, and reach their fullest potential! 💙💛

Congratulations to our amazing educators! Thank you for making a difference in the lives of our students and for continuing to make excellence a priority! 🍎✨

🍩📚 AR GOAL CRUSHERS! 📚🍩

We are so proud of our students who reached their personal Accelerated Reader (AR) goals for the 1st nine weeks! 🎉 These readers set goals, put in the work, and celebrated their success in a sweet way!

Our goal achievers enjoyed a fun celebration with our librarian, Ms. Haven, filled with delicious donuts, games, and lots of smiles! 🍩🎲😄

👑A special congratulations to our “AR King,” Joseph Romero for earning the most points this 9weeks!

Way to go, readers! Keep turning those pages, reaching for new goals, and discovering the magic of reading! We can’t wait to see what you accomplish next! 💙📖✨

A big thank you to It Takes A Village: SMP and Ms. Thomas for making Friday a little brighter for the M. E. Norman faculty! 💙🐾

A HUGE thank you to Ocean Thomas for sending us these sweet pictures of the teachers at M.E. Norman enjoying their root b**r floats! 🥹❤️

Seeing these smiles makes it all worth it! Our teachers pour so much into our children every single day, and we love having the opportunity to give them a little something in return.

We are hoping to make Sweet Treats for Sweet Teachers something we can do several times throughout the school year, giving us the opportunity to show appreciation to educators at different schools across St. Mary Parish! 🍎

Thank you again, Ocean, for sharing these moments with us!
