Two days of connection, growth, and unforgettable leadership insights 🐴✨

Last month, we had the privilege of hosting the CEO Roundtable from the Boston area at Horses & Pathfinders for their annual leadership retreat. Over the course of two powerful days, this group of accomplished leaders stepped away from the daily hustle of “thinking and doing” to focus on camaraderie, relational leadership, and personal insights in an extraordinary environment.

The retreat was intentionally designed to achieve the Roundtable’s objective of fostering trust, creativity, and connection while providing honest, real-time feedback—and, of course, a touch of challenge and adventure with our equine partners.

✔️ A sense of ease, excitement, and joy in the natural surroundings
