Book Fair week reminder. This week, kids and classes are shopping the book fair if they haven't done so already. You can make an ewallet, bring cash, or even use tap pay. Kiddos love the books......and gadgets. If you only want your child to get a book and no toys or gadgets, send a note with them or message the teacher.

The book fair has come to an end. Huge thanks to all the volunteers who put in hours, muscles, money, and love into making our book fair great. There are a dozen parents who heave boxes of books, move library furniture, show up for a 20 hour work week, calculate taxes, count bags full of change, pay the extra 38¢ the student was short, introduce a new reader to a beloved series, and pack it all away at the end. I have been a book fair volunteer for 8 years, at various school sites, and I can truly say I’ve never seen another book fair group that takes this job as seriously as our amazing Booster Club volunteers.

Ms. Arias, our librarian, even accidentally matched her purchase to her outfit, showing she truly loves books, inside and out. Thank you, Ms. Arias, for letting us hijack your special space for a whole week.
