MSU Office of Information Technology The Office of Information Technology is responsible for maintaining information technology systems at Morehead State University and its regional campuses.

Members of our staff are available to help students, faculty and staff with a wide variety of information technology issues, including technical support for campus phone, Internet and cable TV services, computer problems, equipment repair and maintenance and more. We also manage the MyMoreheadState portal for students, faculty and employees of the University. Morehead State University offers a wid

e variety of technological solutions to our students, faculty and staff. There are multiple computer labs (both Windows and Mac) and free Wi-Fi across campus. Auxiliary Services has set up mobile device charging stations and Disability Services provides students with assistive technology such as large-format keyboards and screen reading software. The Technology Service Center at 111 Ginger Hall is MSU’s one-stop, walk-in location for those who need help with technology issues. You can also call 783-HELP (4357) if you need technology assistance. The center and the helpline are staffed during normal University operating hours. Information Technology continues to work with Enterprise Solution Providers to investigate the ongoing campus technology service disruption. Email is currently accessible on cell phones and through off-campus computers. As we continue to work through this process, most systems will remain inaccessible until further notice.
