Morehead State Information Technology The Office of Information Technology is responsible for maintaining information technology systems at Morehead State University and its regional campuses.

Members of our staff are available to help students, faculty and staff with a wide variety of information technology issues, including technical support for campus phone, Internet and cable TV services, computer problems, equipment repair and maintenance and more. We also manage the MyMoreheadState portal for students, faculty and employees of the University. Morehead State University offers a wide variety of technological solutions to our students, faculty and staff. There are multiple computer labs (both Windows and Mac) and free Wi-Fi across campus. Auxiliary Services has set up mobile device charging stations and Disability Services provides students with assistive technology such as large-format keyboards and screen reading software. The Technology Service Center at 111 Ginger Hall is MSU’s one-stop, walk-in location for those who need help with technology issues. You can also call 783-HELP (4357) if you need technology assistance. The center and the helpline are staffed during normal University operating hours. For more information, call 783-HELP or email [email protected].

From typewriters… to keyboards… to code. 💻
Dolly taught us that reading is fundamental. 📚

And here at MSU, we know a good Eagle knows how to soar, too.

Rest easy, Dolly.
Appalachia will miss you.

We won't say who, but one of our IT staff members had a palm named "Robert Plant."

Come by Fuzzy Duck Coffee Shop & CoffeeTree Books on Thursday, August 20, 1:00–4:00 p.m. to adopt a plant! You are welcome to bring plants to share but it is not a requirement for taking a plant home. Weather permitting, the plant table will be located outside; otherwise, it will be set up in the coffee shop area. All plants in the exchange will be free to a good home.
