Scott Strosnider (‘94) caught his son Sawyer’s home run!

Excellent story as Morehead State Baseball alum Scott Strosnider (1990-93) not only got to witness his son Sawyer’s first professional home run in person, he caught it too!

Sawyer is a highly regarded Milwaukee Brewers prospect.

Don Rigsby grew up in Elliott County, KY. Here, he was surrounded by music that shaped his life.🎙️🦅 As a student at MSU, Don discovered that his interests could become his career, one that took him to Nashville and eventually full circle: back to MSU in 2001 as the first full-time director of the Kentucky Center for Traditional Music (KCTM).

If there's one thing the MSU Alumni Office has plenty of, it's BLUE and GOLD! 🦅💙💛

We recently cleaned out our closets and donated new and gently used MSU apparel and spirit items to support a new student engagement initiative led by Student Affairs and Student Activities, !

We celebrate from near and far on social media, but now students will have more options to celebrate Eagle pride right here on campus.

Sometimes the best way to make room in the closet is to help create a little more school spirit. 💙💛

WELCOME TO YOUR NEW HOME 💙

Residence hall life is special. It provides students with a home away from home. Each student moving in to MSU’s newest residence hall, Prefontaine Hall, will find a special welcome letter from Andy Prefontaine ('71), generous donor and namesake of this beautiful new addition to our residential side of campus.

From one Eagle to another generation of Eagles, this small, personal touch is a reminder that Morehead State University is HOME.
