Today originally was called Decoration in observance of the casualties of the civil war. Only after 1967 was the name officially changed to memorial day. No matter the date, No matter the war, no matter rank or title. If they're life was laid day if that great price was paid for our freedoms they will always be remember in the hearts and minds of true Americans. Have a blessed Decoration Day. Least we not forget.
