Welcome to the Public page for the Morehead State University chapter of Council for Exceptional Children! We will share all information regarding our chapter and different events we host throughout the semester on this page!

Council for Exceptional Children is the largest international professional organization dedicated to improving the educational success of children and you with disabilities and/or gifts and talents!CEC advocates for appropriate governmental policies, sets professional standards, provides professional development, and helps professionals obtain conditions and resources necessary for effective professional practice. Our local chapter helps prepare students studying education (at any level!) gain a deeper understanding of special education and how to best service students with different exceptionalities.
