We will teach

We will share our knowledge

We will not quit

We will tell you the way it is

This page will be all about our success as well as our failures cause we did it all. And we still are.

Grinding everyday to make sure we have a better day tomorrow, we don't stop, we don't quit, we stay the course. We are the round pegs trying to fit into square holes, the underdogs that no one believed but we are the ones who are making s**t happen. We believe in our capability to change our world and do good for others. Everyday. They call us dreamers but we are the ones that do not sleep and when people tell us that we can't do something we know that they are only letting us know that THEY cannot do it. Join us in this Journey, we won't leave anyone behind, help us to write history, we won't let you down. Fabio Viviani

Tips on Not Selling Your Soul to the Devil Through Pressured Compromise

1. Your personal foundation is built on the values you stand on. Do not be someone who caves based on pressure around you.

2. The way to measure your success is to see how your behavior in the work place lines up with your value scale.

3. THERE’S A BIGGER PICTURE. A realistic view of life situations will help you to see outside the box. Redefine the playing field by letting your views guide your attitude and actions.

4. There’s nothing wrong with a compromise. The problem lies with how much of your goal is being compromised based on some one else’s agenda and process.

5. You will IMMEDIATELY see change once you decide that the world will not make you cave out of fear. Step up and decide to face your problems head on rather than running from them.

6. When you get caught in the trap of conformity, you see that the choice to conform results in a lowering of pride. Challenge yourself daily to be a person who stays outside of the box and does things on their own terms, as guided by their goals.

7. The power of help is stronger than you think. Never be afraid to ask for assistance in guiding your decisions, but ultimately be responsible for all outcomes of your decision.

8. New energy is found when a discovery is made regarding a new passion. Don’t let someone compromise your efforts to explore this new world of challenges. This process will only make you stronger!

9. Always strive for a “Healthy Agreement” or an agreement that gives up something less of value to you in order to obtain a higher goal.

10. The input is risk. The output is character. Every road you travel down, you will either gain or lose confidence. Allow yourself to see further than the step in front of you and choose to gain every time.

Tips and Techniques to Get Your Group Out of the Rut and Back on Track

1. One vision starts forward movement, but only when you and your team move together will you truly achieve greatness. Stop thinking it’s a “one-man” show.

2. As a leader, you should be looking for new ideas, applying them to your team, but letting them follow through. This creates strength within a group of individuals.

3. No accountability is ever found or acknowledged when there is a unilateral leader. A team must share is success and share in defeat.

4. Change is inevitable. Your role as a leader is to gather your team together to STAY ON TRACK, and not point blame at anyone for any certain mistake.

5. Your team members are as valuable as you make them. Give them plenty of opportunities to find solutions and seek change that can be applied to the group. Even if you come up with the solution, phrase it to where someone else might think of it with a little direction.

6. Passion breeds PASSION. It’s always a good idea to express your views passionately, but only if you are available to listen to others at the same level.

7. NEVER ASSUME. The world throws you curve balls that you will never be ready for. Every assumption made that doesn’t play out results in team decline, and undercuts their efforts.

8. All positions in a team are important. Think of yourself as a boat crew – you need a captain just as mush as you do rowers. No one position is more important than the other. Use each other’s strengths to lift the weak points.

9. Knowledge is useless if proper application isn’t applied. You MUST change your mind-set first to effectively change your behavior and problem solving mentality.

10. There’s nothing wrong with having one leader, but that doesn’t mean everyone on the team doesn’t lead. For a successful team, position the leader as the “voice of the group,” but seek solutions with everyone equally running at full speed.

Make the Switch from Your Personal Life to a Life of Business

1. Reality is not a consistent perception from person to person. Stemming from a combination of life experiences, upbringing, and imagination, reality is what an individual makes it.

2. Because each individual creates his/her own reality, it is possible to allow ourselves to evolve our view of reality as we grow and mature. This is the essence of being able to place yourself in another’s shoes, to see it from another’s perspective.

3. The most dangerous realities are stagnant ones. Asking questions is a great start towards allowing your version of reality to grow in accuracy and relativity.

4. You can disagree, but never dismiss another’s viewpoint at first take. Likewise, never take a new viewpoint as gospel. Give every version of reality an opportunity to prove or disprove itself.

5. Some of history’s most revolutionary people went by many names – outliers, extremists, irrational. Even if for experiment’s sake, don’t be afraid to see through a radical’s eyes.

6. There are strong links between the ability to mentally release and make split-second decision with confidence. By mastering the art of letting things go, we simultaneously increase our mind’s trust in its intuitive tendencies.

7. The human brain’s strength of concentration has an equal and opposite negative effect on its ability to take in its surroundings. As a magician uses misdirection in a routine, so can our minds be misled when we give any one point a disproportionate amount of
attention.
8. The impossible is only impossible in a given version of reality. Your ability to change your view of reality could mean the difference between a breakthrough and a dead end.

9. If your reality convinced you that you were invincible, you would ignore signs of sickness. There would be no value in treating a runny nose or unexplainable aches and pain throughout your body. Fear not the prospect of change - be bold in your conscience decisions to continually tweak your reality

10. When we refuse to grow our perception of reality, we lose the ability to diagnose a reality’s strengths and weaknesses. We settle into a stagnate state, the most dangerous kind of reality.

11. It takes a special, well-versed individual to not only think impossible thoughts, but believe in them. You cannot to change the world without intangibles of courage, resolve, and fearlessness.

THE GUIDE to Speaking, Presenting, and Getting Your Point Across

1. Being persuasive doesn’t mean tricking people. The art of persuasion is found in persistence, confidence, and patience.\

2. The one that cares the LEAST will win. 9/10 times the person who wins doesn’t speak the loudest, but the smartest. Speak your mind once or twice on a subject, then let time do the work for you.

3. Humble yourself. Compromising with others is one of the golden tickets to having others listen and their willingness to work with you. If they want to feel like they are coming out on top, provide them with that satisfaction.

4. Create your platform based on experience, not knowledge. Book smarts get you through school. Street smarts get your through life. Push yourself to be a wrecking ball of force by combining the two.

5. The key to getting what you want is getting your way. Center your thoughts on self-confidence and a deeply routed conviction that you are entitled to having others listen to you.

6. Speak with confidence and present with boldness. In a matter of minutes, everyone will understand your point.

7. Show others proof that they will benefit by what you are saying. Provide people with real life stories of your own and others to give them tangible, relatable testimonies.

8. There are 3 fundamentals to getting your point across – story telling, how everyone benefits, and sincerity. Join these three points together for a winning combination.

9. Stop looking at the audience and start looking at the person. You want to connect with individuals, not a crowd. Connecting fully with 5 people is stronger than having small talk with 100.

10. Choose Quality over Quantity. When you are yourself, it becomes about WHAT you are talking about and how others can connect to that idea.
