Jane's credits include MFA in Acting from UCLA. After switching from acting to casting, Jane has worked on "Daisy Jones and the Six", "Seal Team" and "Die Hart" for which she was the prestigious Artios Award from the Casting Society (CSA). She has been nominated for an Artios Award 2 additional times.

Jane obviously knows the workings in front of and behind the camera!

Clayton is a producer, writer, director, scenic designer and actor having worked on several independent films as well as regional theatres all over the country in a variety of capacities. He is a member of VASTA, Voice and Speech Trainers Association.

Clayton is a true jack of all trades! His experience with VASTA will ensure the development of your unique voice in this early morning, self-realizing and centering class. Perfect for anyone interested in accent modification and/or voice acting as well!

We have the strongest technical theatre department in the Ventura County Community College district. We are looking for people passionate about the next generation of technical theatre students. Many of our alumni go on to work in the entertainment industry. Come be a part of this growing program.
PAY RATE: STARTING SALARY
Part-time faculty with classroom assignments are paid between $2,007 and $3,108 per semester per 10% load.

Part-time faculty salaries are governed by the collective bargaining agreement between the Ventura County Federation of College Teachers, AFT, Local 1828, AFL-CIO and the Ventura County Community College District. More information can be found in the AFT contract. (Download PDF reader)

Please be aware that we will require verification of all part-time teaching experience for which you wish to receive credit toward placement on the salary schedule. You will have 30 days to provide verification upon receipt of the offer of employment. The Moorpark College Theatre Arts Department is pleased to announce for its upcoming Summer 2026 production of the classic , The Importance of Being Earnest. Preliminary auditions will be held on Tuesday, May 12th, from 3:30pm to 6:00pm, and on Wednesday, May 13th, from 6:00pm to 10:00pm, with callbacks on Thursday, May 14th, from 6:00 pm to 10:00pm in the Studio Theatre, room PA-100, of the Performing Arts Center on the Moorpark College campus. Anyone interested in auditioning should be prepared to read from the script from audition sides that are posted on the Moorpark College Theatre Arts website at: www.moorparkcollege.edu/auditions
