Joined by students from Dr. Graeme's Physical Science class, we were out in West Fargo today at the Girl Scouts BIG event (Believe in Girls).. Aginate worms and our new Experiment with turmeric and the pH sensitive coloring Curcumin proved a big hit

Apologies for the delay in posting but a few pics from our awesome activity booth which was part of STEMday at the fair on opening day of the MN State Fair. Dr. Graeme was joined by Seema, Callie and Hailey for an awesome day of hands-on science activities. We also demonstrated cool science on the Dan Patch stage (pictures in the next post)

One week away from STEM day at the MN state fair. (Thursday August 21) Dr. Graeme and some of his awesome cobber scientists will have an activity booth from 8 to 5 and be on stage at 11.30 am at the Dan Patch Area alongside STEM outreach organizations from across the State

Meet Ahna Novasio: Future Doctor and 2025 Orientation Chair⁠

A leukemia diagnosis as a child inspired Ahna Novasio ’26 to become a doctor. Now she’s following her dream at Concordia and leading the team behind Orientation to help new students feel welcome and ready for college life.⁠

“I heard about Concordia at a college fair that I went to in Billings. I chose to attend Concordia because I wanted to go to a small, private school so I could easily talk to professors and get to know my classmates. I also wanted to go to a school that had a good pre-medicine program. The other colleges I looked at were in Montana, and I decided it would be good to have a change and go to Concordia since I had lived in Billings most of my life.”⁠
