Registration is now open until April 17, 2026, for the next driver education online course. The course runs from April 27 to May 15, 2026. The course is completed online and is completely asynchronous (students complete at their own pace as long as all work is completed by May 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM).

To be eligible students must:

*be born on or before 10/27/2011 AND be promoted to the 9th grade for the 2026-2027 school year. Current 8th graders are eligible as long as they meet these criteria. Rising students who are in 10th-12th grade are also eligible for this course.

*attend a school in the Iredell-Statesville School District or be homeschooled at a residence in the Iredell-Statesville School District. If you are a resident of Mooresville, please make sure that your student would attend an Iredell-Statesville School and not Mooresville Graded School. If your student would attend Mooresville Graded School, we cannot certify them.

Once the course concludes, students and a parent will have to attend a Paperwork and Payment meeting where students and parents will fill out needed paperwork, meet with an NCDMV examiner, and pay the $65 driver's education fee. Paperwork and Payment meeting dates will be shared at the beginning of the course using the email provided on the registration document.

Graduation Lawn signs are going quickly. Deadline is today. Get yours today!

Grad Lawn Signs are now on sale until March 1st. This is a perfect opportunity to celebrate your child's hard work. The rectangular signs are $35 and the Die Cut are $45. If you have a photo on file with LKN images(Sports,Theater, or Band) you can place it on your desired sign. If you would like to get a photo for your Seniors Sign LKN Images will be on site at the school on 2/20 this friday at 3:20 outside the Gym in the hallway to take any Seniors photos for free.
