Update…Gene is home and doing well!
Gene Caldwell is currently in the hospital
in Boone NC. He had a stint put in this am due to a blockage. Please keep Gene, his wife Candy and their son Cody on your thoughts and prayers!

Classmates, we are saddened to share the passing of our fellow classmate Jackie Neilson who we knew as Jackie Williams. Jackie passed away on 5/26/24. We apologize for the delay, but we just found out.

What an amazing educator! Many of us learned to type because of the dedication and patience of Ms. Libby Lowder. We send not only our condolences, but a sincere thank you to her family for sharing both their mother and their father with so many of us. We remember the difference that both she and her husband Dick Lowder made in the lives of their students and their community.

BLUE DEVILS, WE ARE SO VERY EXCITED TO WELCOME YOU BACK! Class of 78, It's reunion time. For those tailgating, check your messages and email for the location tonight. EVERYONE, Please join us tomorrow at 10 AM for a tour of MHS. Our classmate Sandy Tolley-Verley has made special arrangements for us to tour, so let's show up and do a little show out. Park in front of MHS or on Center Ave. Please let me know if you are joining us in the morning. We'll do a drawing to win some cool Blue Devil swag. Reunion tomorrow at Jeffrey's Restaurant at 6:00 PM. There are stairs inside, but we will do our best to assist you as needed.

Class of 78 TAILGATE UPDATE
Oct 20, 2023 - REGARDLESS OF RAIN ON FRIDAY, WE WILL TAILGATE, HOWEVER WE MAY HAVE TO CHANGE THE LOCATION, SO PLEASE CONTINUE TO CHECK YOUR MESSENGER AND EMAIL. IF THERE IS A NEW ADDRESS, THAT IS WHERE YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED ON FRIDAY. AS OF NOW Tailgate/Football Game 5:00 - 6:30PM. Parking adjacent to Mooresville Performing Arts Center at MHS 161 S. Magnolia St. Mooresville. Walk across the street to the MHS Magnolia Campus (formerly Mooresville Junior High) for the tailgate/game. If you are not able to make that walk across the street, please call us at # below and we’ll provide a ride. Look for signs/balloons for our class. REMINDER THAT ONLY CLEAR BAGS ARE ALLOWED IN THE STADIUM. Please bring a chair(s) and also a blanket. It may be raining, so please dress warmly and bring rain gear. PLEASE CHECK YOUR MESSAGES FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEK for any updates should there be any changes due to weather.
