Parent Helpful Hint #6
Dismissal communications-
-If there are family transportation changes, these must be received in writing from parents in a note to the teacher or a phone call must be made to our office before 1:45pm, and our office will call the teacher. Emails are not sufficient for these changes due to the fact that our teachers are not checking their email throughout the day.
- If you are checking your child out of school before dismissal time, all early checkouts must be completed by 1:45pm due to safety reasons.

Parent helpful hint # 5- Our Kindergarten team wants to remind our families about lunch room procedures. At the start of the school year, we do not have parent visitors as we are setting up procedures and expectations during lunch. Dr. Tulbert will send a message in the parent square after two weeks to let you know if the cafeteria is open for lunch room visitors. Please read the attached letter to know your day if you want to come due to space. Thank you!

Our 4th grade team wants to remind you to start labeling those water bottles and sweatshirts!! We don’t want your things to go to Lost and Found Land.
Also, of course you can bring supplies to open house, so you don’t have so much on the 1 st day of school. No problem.

Parent helpful hint #3 - Morning drop off on Elementary side
The 2nd grade team wants to share about morning drop off. K-2 students and their older siblings can be dropped off on the elementary side. They will exit the curb side for safety. Students should be ready to exit when you come to a stop. Staff is there to help so please stay in your car. Grades 3-5 and 2nd if you choose should come to the front middle school side for drop off. Once staff is there then students can get of of cars to walk across the path. Do not have your child exit UNTIL the staff member is there. Doors open at 7:05 and 7:20 is start time.
Obviously the first week we understand that some parents want to walk in to help with delivering supplies. No problem. We will have you sign in at the front. All our staff members are in the hall helping students get to class. We can’t wait to see all our Pirates Wednesday the 12th as the first day of school. Stay tuned for more helpful hints about car riders.....
