Today weāre celebrating an incredible milestoneā150 workouts completed by Cathy!
What makes this achievement special isnāt one workout, one great week, or one burst of motivation. Itās the hundreds of small decisions made over time to keep showing up, even on the days when it would have been easier not to.
Over 150 sessions, Cathy has built strength, improved her fitness, increased her confidence, and proven that consistency beats perfection every time.
Iām proud of the work sheās put in and grateful to be part of her journey.

Dinner - healthy, easy and tasty. Properly seasoned chicken with a splash of lime and a medley of veggies. Meal prepping enough chicken and veggies for 2-3 meals. Side of home made Greek yogurt dill sauce
