Today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone—150 workouts completed by Cathy!

What makes this achievement special isn’t one workout, one great week, or one burst of motivation. It’s the hundreds of small decisions made over time to keep showing up, even on the days when it would have been easier not to.

Over 150 sessions, Cathy has built strength, improved her fitness, increased her confidence, and proven that consistency beats perfection every time.

I’m proud of the work she’s put in and grateful to be part of her journey.

Apparently I’ve been rebranded as ā€œColin the Punisher.ā€ I didn’t see that coming šŸ˜‚

But this right here is why I love what I do. It’s not just workouts. It’s consistency, laughter, real friendships, and watching people transform over time.
