The Impact Wedge Teaches You Where to Bottom Out
Want more solid iron shots? Learn to control your low point.
The low point is the lowest part of the clubhead’s arc during your swing.
With an iron, you want that low point to happen after the golf ball—not behind it.
That’s how you create:
✅ Ball first
✅ Turf second
✅ A slightly downward angle of attack
✅ Crisp, solid contact
Place the CardioGolf® Impact Wedge behind the ball and make your normal swing.
Your goal: Miss the Impact Wedge. Strike the ball. Then brush the turf.
If you hit the Impact Wedge first, you get immediate feedback that your club is bottoming out too early.
Control the low point. Improve the impact.

🔥⛳ What’s Your Birdie Juice? ⛳🔥
A couple of years ago, I was playing with a group of ladies when someone made a birdie—and suddenly someone pulled out a bottle of Fireball for a celebratory shot.
I’m not really a Fireball-on-the-golf-course kind of girl 😂, so I did a little research and somehow convinced myself that Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire was a “better” option. Is it actually more organic or chemical-free? I’m not making that claim—but it makes me feel better! 😂
So now I keep a stash of those little Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire bottles in my golf bag.
🐦 Someone makes a birdie?
🔥 Out comes the Birdie Juice!
🥃 Cheers all around!
The funny part? I don’t even drink it. I just have a great time handing it out and celebrating everybody else’s birdies.
Golf is supposed to be fun—and a birdie deserves a celebration!
So tell me: What’s YOUR Birdie Juice? ⛳🥂
Immediate Feedback. Better Impact.
The CardioGolf® Impact Wedge gives you immediate feedback with every swing.
Place the Impact Wedge behind the ball and make your normal swing. Your goal is simple:
Hit the ball. Miss the wedge.
If you hit the wedge on the way down, your club is bottoming out too early. Learn to miss it, and you’ll train a better low point, a more effective angle of attack, and cleaner ball-first, turf-second contact.
Make an IMPACT with the CardioGolf® Impact Wedge.

The CardioGolf Project Is Growing…
When I created the CardioGolf® Fit Wedge, I wanted a simple training tool that could help golfers understand and feel their angle of attack while practicing the different lies and slopes they actually face on the golf course.
And guess what? It’s working!
The first generation of the Fit Wedge is officially SOLD OUT!
Thank you to everyone who bought one, practiced with it, and shared your feedback with me.
Now I’m getting ready for the next generation…
Introducing the CardioGolf® Impact Wedge.
Same great concept.
More versatility.
More ways to practice.
More ways to improve your impact.
Coming this fall!
You’ll be able to get yours at CardioGolf.com.
Stay tuned—the Impact Wedge is coming!
CardioGolf® Daily Dose
If you slice the ball, your club is usually traveling out-to-in with the clubface open to that path.
The CardioGolf® Fit Wedge gives you instant feedback.
Place the Fit Wedge just outside your target line and use it as a barrier. Your goal is to swing through impact without hitting the wedge.
If you strike the Fit Wedge, your club is coming over the top with an out-to-in path—the same move that causes many slices.
When you swing from the inside with a square clubface, you’ll miss the Fit Wedge, improve your path, and start producing straighter, more solid shots.
The best part? You don’t have to guess. The Fit Wedge gives you immediate feedback on every swing.
Train the movement. Trust the motion.

Today we’re working on keeping those arms extended throughout the swing.
The PowerSwing Trainer is a great tool because it gives you both a stretch and strength workout while teaching your body how to maintain arm extension.
As you make your practice swings, feel your chest turning while your arms stay long and connected. Where many golfers go wrong is they stop rotating their body and begin bending their arms instead.
Train the movement first. Then let your swing become automatic.
Train the movement. Trust the motion.
