In order to make scheduling as easy and efficient as possible with my kiddos out of school, I will be doing mainly in- office appointments to cut down on travel time. This will allow me to see as many families as possible in less time!

This also means that self- scheduling is available as well! 😍 Choose between prenatal, initial postpartum, and postpartum follow up appointments at the location and time that works best for you!

Don’t forget that virtual prenatal classes are happening on Thursday evenings at 6:30 through July!

Insurance typically covers both classes and consults at 100% 👏🏼 DM me to check your eligibility today!

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by babywearing or unsure where to even start… this is for you. We’re walking you through the basics in a relaxed, supportive environment where you can actually learn, try, and ask questions without pressure.

Class begins at 5pm, followed by open time from 6–7pm to try all carrier types, get comfortable, and connect with other families. Because confidence starts with support… and maybe a little hands-on practice too.

Bonus: DIY photos + optional ultrasound add-on available during the event.

👦🏼Toddlerhood- let me show you how to safely get that heavy babe in a back carry so you can tackle Target after preschool pick up like a pro!
🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒Expecting baby number 2 or 3 or 4? Babywearing is such a great way to help you meet the needs of multiple children at once, decrease your stress, and tackle tasks at home!

This week I had the honor of supporting two families during our Babywearing class- one who’s expecting their second child (hello two, 2 and under) + one with a 9 month old who’s working from home with her baby. Totally difference stages, yet both feeling supported and confident! Also, both families paid $0 out of pocket cost with their insurance benefit!

I bring about 10 carriers to class, some I recommend, some I don’t. All different styles and brands. We chat for about an hour about safety, positioning, and I demo each style and position. Then the second hour is reserved for the families to get their hands on the different carriers try them on, put their baby or my weighted doll in them, and fit check! It’s such a nice break from “regular instruction.”

Our next class is in the works! Likely early May! 🤩 keep an eye out for the announcement!

Live Classes. These occur every Thursday evening at 6:30 PM EST from 1/8 through the end of April. All classes (except for Babywearing on 2/12) will be virtual so families can attend from anywhere! Live sessions are likely covered by your insurance plan and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Babywearing on 2/12 will be in person at to give families the opportunity to “try before you buy.” Spots for this are limited so don’t delay!

On demand classes. These will (hopefully) be available in the next few weeks and will give families the opportunity to learn on their own time. Access to content will be available for 6 months and these will NOT be eligible for insurance coverage. Single classes and bundles will be available.
