Scheduling for our fall class series is live! This series will run from the end of August to the end of November and all classes (except for the week of Thanksgiving) will be held on Thursday evenings at 6:30 PM EST.
We’re also adding something new! 😍 This fall you can also “Lunch & Learn” with us! These quick 30 minute sessions will cover three, non-class topics that I’ve either personally (cloth diapering), professionally (tongue/ lip ties), or unexpectedly 😅 (infant feeding during natural disasters) became an expert in. These sessions will be only be held once on the last Friday of the month at 12:30 PM EST.
Both group classes and Lunch & Learns are virtual and likely covered at 100% by your health insurance plan! Learn from anywhere, on any device, at your comfort and convenience!
Have a pregnant bestie in another state? No problem! Learn and grow your confidence together!

☀️ SWEET SUMMERTIME ☀️
In order to make scheduling as easy and efficient as possible with my kiddos out of school, I will be doing mainly in- office appointments to cut down on travel time. This will allow me to see as many families as possible in less time!
This also means that self- scheduling is available as well! 😍 Choose between prenatal, initial postpartum, and postpartum follow up appointments at the location and time that works best for you!
Don’t forget that virtual prenatal classes are happening on Thursday evenings at 6:30 through July!
Insurance typically covers both classes and consults at 100% 👏🏼 DM me to check your eligibility today!
