🎭⚖️ Last week the students in Political Science 202 and English 102 recently had a unique hands-on learning experience as part of one of their final assignments! Through research, collaboration, and role play, students created and participated in a mock trial that brought the courtroom process to life.

We would like to extend a special thank you to Judge Treadway, Circuit Clerk Shockey, and Magistrate Hose for allowing our students the incredible opportunity to hold their mock trial in the courtroom. Experiences like these help students connect classroom learning to the real world and gain a deeper understanding of the justice system. 👏📚

🚪 Doors will open at 4:30 for those attending. It is on a first come, first served basis for seating. 🪑 The auditorium will also be accessible for viewing.

🎓🎉 Last Wednesday, our seniors celebrated their final day in true senior style with an "Anything but a Backpack" day!

From laundry baskets to coolers, tote bins, and some incredibly creative alternatives, our seniors showed off their personalities, creativity, and sense of humor as they made one last memorable entrance through our halls. 😄

It was a fun way to celebrate the Class of 2026 and all the memories they've made along the way. We are so proud of this amazing group of students and can't wait to see what the future holds for them!
