The original Moore High School building, located at 201 N. Broadway in Moore, Oklahoma, was completed in 1929. The building replaced an earlier 1899 facility that was lost to a fire in 1928. It initially housed grades 1 through 12.

Moore Public Schools invites community members and families of those who attended the Moore Old School for a final farewell to the building that started it all. Families can attend a come-and-go visit to get photos together and take home a single brick from the Old School. The rebuild will begin soon, and the new site will be a “respectful nod” to the Old School, while keeping some of our past details visible for students of today.
