RDA and Mrs. Bates’s Health Science 2 students are grateful for the opportunity to learn and practice medical skills, from responding to a simulated code and drawing blood to practicing IV access through the bone for NICU & PICU patients. They also learned how to provide and document oral care, catheter care, pressure relief to prevent bed sores, and other skills.

We sincerely thank the SRHS Workforce staff for taking time out of their day to share their knowledge and give our students this valuable hands-on experience.
