This program is perfect for parents looking for a peaceful reset from the busyness of daily life, older adults wanting to stay active and connected to their bodies, and anyone who is ready to learn how to actively develop balance instead of chaos. Our mats are open for you!

Integrity families: We will be open for Intermediate, Lil Ninjas, and Kids BJJ tonight, but will be closing at 6pm due to the severe storm threat.

If you joined us last year, you already know that this is one of our most fun events of the year. And if you didn’t, this is your chance!

We’re running a series of short, high-energy training sessions over three Saturdays (April 25, May 2, and May 9), with something for every age group. From ninja stealth day and superhero training to street fighting and chalk sparring, each session is designed to help students build real skills while having a great time. Sessions count for class credit!

You can sign up for just one session or stack a few together. Multiple sessions comes with a discount!

Team Integrity earned some solid hardware at today's tournament, as well as some invaluable experience -- sparring didn’t go our way in all the matches but our team held their heads high and fought with good sportsmanship.

Good skill to our Competition Team today!

This group of students are the only ones in our dojo that still regularly learn and practice kata specifically to compete. They also practice in dojo twice a week, and are dedicated to off-mat practice time as well to support this elite training option!

Also, shout out to their head coach, Mr. Joshua, and assistant coaches, Ms. Kayla and Mr. Alex, for their expertise, guidance and unending support on this part of the Journey!

We can still feel it: the hype, the encouragement, the COMMUNITY!

At Integrity Martial Arts, we don't just give out a white belt; you have you earn it. You show up to class, do your best, follow instructions, and break a board to earn your belt on your first day. But our students turned the whole thing on its head.

OUR STUDENTS guided their friends through their first day at Integrity and helped them earn their white belts. We couldn't be more proud, because we Teach By Example.

Our students work HARD, and we love to help them celebrate. They show up to class, put in the sweat, and leave with a smile.

As students work toward their goals, we recognize that hard work with stripes and new belts to celebrate thie progress toward the big goal of Black Belt.
