How would you feel about outdoor classes in September? This way we don’t have to wear mask but can still get our workout in

Hope everyone is doing well it does look like the studio may reopen in mid to late September but they will require mask be worn which I understand but I also know I cannot possibly wear one while working out.

Below is Jessica’s app you can download from the App Store. It cost you $20 per month you get unlimited classes, barre classes, hiit classes and various challenges monthly. She also goes through her new songs step by step so you can learn the steps.

Once no mask are required and COVID numbers begin going down consistently then having in person classes may be a consideration worth looking at. Try this out I promise you won’t regret it one bit!!

Hey everyone! The studio hasn’t reopened but I’ve confirmed with Debbie I will start classes back when school starts back Mid August! I will teach Monday’s and Thursday so that it works better with my work schedule. I miss you ladies! I’ve had lots of people ask about classes so stay active over the summer get your cardio in so you are ready for classes. Starting about a month before class restarts I will start posting a couple of dances per week for all of us to start working on so when we can can add some new stuff to the ones we all know so well.

Good Afternoon due to illness going around right now we are cancelling classes for the next 2 weeks. Sorry but better to be cautious!

Starting March 1st!!!

We will only have Class M/W at 6pm once those classes grow we can add back Friday’s. I removed Friday’s because it’s always the lowest attendance since classes started.
