We are sorry and apologize that we weren’t gonna have to close another day due to the road conditions and temperatures. Thank you for everyone working with us and we hope you stay warm and safe. 

Due to the extreme cold weather and how slick the roads are already getting. We are gonna go ahead and cancel classes for this evening. We hope that everyone gets home safe and stays warm and has a great evening.

With how cold the temperatures of stay today we were worried about the roads and bridges refreezing tonight. So we will be canceling classes tonight everyone please be safe and stay warm.

Just letting everyone know that gym will be open up as normal tonight. Jujitsu rolling will start at 5:30-7 and then kickboxing from 7-8 come out and hang out with us everyone 

Hey everyone we are moving up are open mat to 10am - 11:30am for tomorrow. It’s completely free for anyone so come hang out and have some fun with us

How’s it going everone just wanted to let y’all know that we will be open most this week. The only day we will be close are Tuesday and Wednesday of this week.
