This week in Chapel, Mr. Slomski began our new series for the year, “The Life of David — A Person After God’s Heart.”

He taught from Acts 13:22–23, which speaks of David and gives us two important principles for reading the Old Testament.

First, we are to look for Jesus Christ. David was a type of Christ, pointing us forward to the Savior.

Second, we are to look for what it means to live for Jesus Christ. David was a man after God’s own heart who sought to do God’s will, giving us an example of how we are to live for our Savior.

Know Christ, and then learn to live for Him!

As the final bell rang and another school year came to a close, our halls were filled with smiles, laughter, and heartfelt goodbyes among friends. Together, we gathered one last time to sing the Doxology, lift our voices in prayer, and celebrate the year's accomplishments with our cherished tradition—the hat toss.

We then turned our attention to Graduation, honoring our graduates and celebrating all that God has done in their lives throughout their years at Trinity Christian School.

We pray for safe, restful, and blessed summers for all of our students, families, faculty, and staff. May God refresh and strengthen you in the months ahead. And to our graduates, we pray for God's abundant blessings, wisdom, and guidance as you begin this exciting new chapter. May you continue to walk faithfully with Christ and serve Him wherever He leads.

Mrs. Jessica Kaiser has been part of the Trinity Christian School family since its very beginning. She began as a student in 1985 when TCS first opened and graduated from eighth grade in 1991. Mrs. Kaiser later attended Grove City College, where she earned her degree in education in 1999.

She taught English for six years to students in grades 7–10 before taking time away to be home with her family. In 2014, she returned to TCS and has faithfully taught science ever since. Mrs. Kaiser enjoys bringing science to life through hands-on learning experiences that engage and inspire her students. In addition to teaching science, she leads the school’s summer STEM camps and serves as the secondary guidance counselor.

This week Mr. Holcomb taught in Chapel on Acts 23:1–35.

In this dangerous season of Paul’s life, we see the providence of God in His protection. God’s providence means He is in control of all things — the sun, the moon, the stars, the amazing things that happen every day, and even the smallest details, like when a sparrow falls to the ground.

God’s providence gives us comfort in every moment of life. He uses many different means to protect and guide us, and His purposes are always gracious. Though we will all face trials, in Christ we can rest in the comfort and assurance of the providence of God.

This week Mr. Dunlap taught in Chapel from Acts 21:1–40.

What makes someone ready to face something scary? In this passage, people tried to kill Paul. He was arrested and put into chains, yet he was prepared to face it all. Paul knew suffering was coming because it had been prophesied, but he still said, “I am ready not only to be bound, but also to die… for the name of the Lord Jesus.”

Paul was ready because he knew, loved, and believed in the Lord Jesus Christ. A life rooted in Christ equips us to face even the scariest things — including suffering and death — with faith and courage.

Third Grade had so much fun at Doyle’s Farm today! We left with memories they’l treasure forever! From milking a goat, to watching a sheep shearing demonstration, to bottle feeding baby goat’s, and feeding cows— such a wonderful day!

This week in Chapel, Pastor Quaresma walked us through Ephesians 4:1–16.

The church isn’t just a place we attend—it’s a body where every believer has been given gifts from the Lord to help it grow. Those gifts aren’t for ourselves, but to serve God and others. Through pastors and teachers, we’re equipped to mature in our faith, serve one another, and share Christ.

We’re not called to simply be churchgoers, but ministers. And when each of us grows in faith and service, the whole church grows.

Eighth graders created a candy wave demonstrator. After planning the design, they demonstrated different wave phenomena that they have studied in science class.
Our 10th grade students explored chemistry in action during a double replacement reaction lab by combining solutions that produced a gas strong enough to inflate balloons.
These hands-on lab experiences allow students to observe concepts first hand while reinforcing the key scientific principles.
