Jiu-jitsu is always a journey. Even at the highest levels, some days it’s hard just to show up on the mats. It takes courage to walk through the door, humility to keep learning, and trust to be uncomfortable while you grow.

I never take anyone’s courage to step onto these mats lightly. Keep showing up. Keep supporting each other. Keep helping each other grow. 🥋❤️

Think your chili has what it takes? We’re taking the first 10 entries; members, families, and friends of the gym are all welcome to compete. Everyone who shows up gets to taste and vote, and the People’s Choice winner takes home the bragging rights (and a prize 👀).
Not cooking? Come hungry anyway. Bring your family, bring a friend, and help us celebrate 12 years of this community.

Happy Father’s Day to all of our MBJJ dads!
Today we celebrate some of the best men we know. These men show up every day—for their families, their teammates, and themselves. In a martial art like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, showing up isn’t always easy, but they do it with humility, perseverance, and strength.
They lead by example. They support their wives, encourage their children, and help build the kind of community we’re proud to be a part of. Whether they’re on the mats, coaching from the sidelines, or simply being present for the people who matter most, they make a difference.
We are incredibly thankful to know these men and blessed to have them as part of our MBJJ family.
We hope you’re all having an amazing day surrounded by the people you love.

Today was a big day for our team.

Daelin Delgado was promoted to Black Belt after years of dedication to the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This belt represents countless rounds, hard lessons, growth on and off the mats, and the kind of perseverance that only a few people truly understand.

Black belts aren’t just about skill — they’re about character, leadership, and continuing to show up for your team.
