Plenty of room in our chair yoga class! Starts Sept 2nd.

202 Chair Yoga with Joyce
Instructor Joyce Jennings, Certified Yoga Instructor
This class is open to both men and women and incorporates both seated and a few standing poses.
(Using the chair for support.) We will focus on the aspects below
- Increased flexibility and joint mobility
- Improved balance and coordination
- Reduced stress and enhanced relaxation
- Better posture and body awareness
The class limit is 15 students
Six Wednesdays, September 2,9,16,23,30 and October 7 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am
