Montoursville Area High School FFA

Ag Day was a huge success! We had an awesome time sharing what agriculture means to us and seeing so many people come out to support. From the activities to the conversations, it was a great day all around.

Thank you to everyone who came out and thank you to CH Waltz, Pearson Farms, Seth Green, PA Game Commission and Donald Pepperman. We truly appreciate your support and interest. We couldn’t have done it without you!

Already looking forward to next year!

On March 22nd through the 24th are chapter took 5 students to State Legislative Leadership Conference (SLLC). Students learn to effectively advocate for agriculture and their communities. Participants engage in workshops, review and debate proposed bills, and participate in mock legislative sessions. They met with state representatives and senators with an opportunity to advocate at a legislative breakfast. We would like to give a big thanks to the sponsors and all the legislators.

Reminder: Ag Day 2026 will be open to the public from 3:15 pm until 7:00 pm this Friday, April 17th! We would love to see you there!

AG Day will still be open for students from 8:00 AM – 3:15 PM, and then open to the public from 3:15 PM – 7:00 PM at the Montoursville high school.

We’re still excited to welcome everyone to explore the many aspects of agriculture, experience hands-on activities, and support our FFA members.

From February 21st to the 28th, Montoursville FFA proudly celebrated National FFA Week! Throughout the week, students showed their spirit by dressing up and participating in themed days, bringing energy and excitement to our school.

To give back, our members also created small gifts for every teacher in the school as a way to show appreciation for their support—not just during FFA Week, but all year long.

It was a great week full of fun, leadership, and gratitude. We’re proud to represent FFA and everything it stands for!
