Jasper County Preschool had the wonderful opportunity to visit the Early Childhood Education (ECE) classroom at Jasper County High School!

Each month, a different preschool class will have the chance to participate in this special field trip and experience hands-on learning with our high school ECE students.

This month, Mrs. Nicole Hayes, Mrs. Megan Abbott, and Ms. Sarah Born’s class enjoyed riding the bus to and from the high school, exploring the ECE classroom, and learning alongside the ECE students. Our preschoolers participated in a variety of fun, hands-on activities, including building with blocks, housekeeping, playing in the sandbox, and completing crafts.

We are so thankful for the ECE students and everyone who helps make these monthly visits possible! A special thank you to Mrs. Karen Dotson, ECE Pathway Teacher, and Mr. Rydell Jackson, Transportation Director, for supporting this wonderful experience for our preschool students.

We love building connections across our school community and providing our youngest learners with meaningful opportunities to learn, explore, and grow!
