Dear Parents & Guardians,
The Jasper County Farm Bureau, Jasper County FFA, and UGA Extension invite your child to attend our 2026 Farm Safety Day Camp! This fun and educational event is designed to teach youth important agricultural and outdoor safety skills through hands-on activities and demonstrations.

📅 Date: June 18, 2026
⏰ Time: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
📍 Location: Shady Dale Rodeo Grounds
22019 Hwy 83N
Shady Dale, GA 31085

💲 Registration Fee: $20 per child
🍕 Pizza lunch and a goodie bag will be provided!

⚠️ Space is limited to the first 24 participants, so register early to reserve your child’s spot!

Recommended Ages:

Children ages 7–10

Possible Safety Topics Include:

Horse Safety
ATV Safety
Tractor Safety
Forestry Safety
Fire Safety
Electrical Safety
Animal Safety
And more!
What to Bring:

Closed-toed shoes
Water bottle
Bug spray
Sunscreen
Towel
Hat

Underclassmen Awards Day will be held on Monday, May 18th at 9:00 AM in the JCHS Gym. Students who received an invitation will be recognized during the ceremony. Please plan to arrive prior to the start of the awards program. Visitor check-in will be required upon arrival. We look forward to celebrating our students' achievements!
