Team Young TKD is the #1 Tae Kwon Do Martial Arts School in the Catskills and Hudson Valley Area. We

Currently, we have three programs that meet throughout the week:

Mighty Mights (for small children, ages 3-4 and 5 (if they're not ready for the Youth program))
Youth (kids begin their intensive and high energy study of the Martial Art of Tae Kwon Do)
Adult (an Adults Only program offering the same high energy as the Youth program)

🇺🇸 USATKD National Championships Recap | Charlotte, NC 🇺🇸

What an unforgettable week! From July 1st–5th, 9 dedicated athletes proudly represented Team Young Elite, the official competition team of Team Young TKD, on the national stage at the USATKD National Championships in Charlotte, NC.

This journey was about so much more than medals. It was about discipline, perseverance, teamwork, and the courage to compete against some of the nation’s best. We are incredibly proud of every athlete who stepped onto the mat and represented our school with honor.
