EDIT (9/23/26) - the install date has been pushed back one week due to equipment delays. The new planned installation date is 10/5/26. We estimate it will take 2-3 days. We are working on updating the sign up now and will share it out soon for those that want help be a part of this meaningful project in our community! Thank you! 🫶

WE ARE FINALLY READY TO INSTALL THE PLAYGROUND!!!
If you have been wanting to help, we need 5-6 volunteers next Monday (9/28) and Tuesday (9/29) to volunteer and help with the playground installation.
Construction experience is helpful, but not required. Ability to lift heavy items and use basic tools is needed.
We need help all day Monday and Tuesday. We may need help Wednesday as well, TBD.
We are also looking for volunteers who can help spread mulch once the installation is completed and before the fence installation begins. Please let us know if you can help with this!
This is a great opportunity to be a part of something unique, long-lasting, and meaningful. A great way to give back to our community and to the residents who have given so much over the years.
If you’d like to help, please reach out via email to Amber at [email protected].
We are coordinating with Piatt County Nursing Home, who will oversee the install, to bring this project to life!
We hope you can help and we thank you, in advance, for any time and work you’re able to provide! If you can’t help the whole day, let us know what you can do! ☺️
If you are unable to volunteer your time, please pray for the install process and the volunteers! ❤️
Please share to spread the word! 😁🫶
