❤️🏴‍☠️ Happy Instructional Coach Day to our Master Teacher, Emily Howard! 🏴‍☠️❤️

For the past three years, Emily has served DCE as our Master Teacher, and her impact can be seen far beyond the walls of her own classroom.

Emily has always had a passion for great teaching. As a classroom teacher, she was recognized as a Milken Educator Award winner, but one of her greatest gifts is her willingness to take what she knows and use it to help others grow.

She has a true servant’s heart. She celebrates our teachers, encourages them, challenges them, works alongside them, and is always looking for ways to help them become the very best educators they can be. She understands that when we invest in teachers, we ultimately invest in every student they serve.

Emily, thank you for pouring into our DCE teachers for the past three years and for leading with knowledge, encouragement, humility, and heart. We are better because you are on our team. ❤️

Happy Instructional Coach Day to our Master Teacher! We appreciate you, Emily! 🏴‍☠️
