Juniors:
You will be completing the ACT pre-test information within the next week or so. There is a form that needs to be signed by your parents and returned to the counselors’ office by this Friday. Make sure you take care of that this week.

Juniors:
WCHS is offering 4 free mock ACT math tests given on Feb 26, March 6, and March 11 from 3:15 to 5:00 pm in room 161. There is a sign-up sheet located outside of room 161. Please, sign up for as many as you would like to attend.

Prom Attire
If you are in need of Prom Attire (Dress, shoes, suits, etc.) assistance, please sign up in Mrs. Audra's YSC Rm 132. On February 23rd, we will have a "Try On" day to assist you in getting a dress/suit.

Monday, November 13, 2023

Herff Jones – Juniors & Seniors:
A representative from Herff Jones will be at WCHS this morning (Monday, November 13th) to discuss graduation invitations, caps and gowns, class rings, etc.
• 1st Period – Grade 12 – Auditorium
• 2nd Period – Grade 11 – Auditorium

Makeup Pictures:
WCHS students (grades 9-12) & staff will have make-up pictures on Tuesday, November 14 and Wednesday, November 15. Photos will be taken in Mrs. Mikki Simmons’ office (in the library) from 8:30 to Noon and from 1:00 - 3:00 PM both days. This is the final call for school pictures!!

All seniors need to be present for the Class of 2024 Senior Step Picture that will be taken during 1st period on Tuesday, October 24th.

All photos for the yearbook need to be turned in to Ms. Frye by Nov 29.

Parent-Teacher Conferences:
Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held at WCHS from 4-7 PM on Thursday, November 2nd.

Senior Walk/Senior Step Picture/Graduation Practice:
On Monday, May 22, all seniors should meet in the WCHS Auditorium at 8:15 AM for the Senior Walk. Seniors should be dressed in their caps & gowns and should be ready to go. After the Senior Walk, students will meet on the gym steps for the Class of 2023 step photo. Graduation practice will follow.

Prom Forms:
Prom forms are now available outside Mrs. Angela Morrow’s room (154). If you are a Junior or Senior (or their guest) and you plan on attending - YOU MUST COMPLETE A FORM. All forms must be returned by March 31st or you will be charged a late fee. Prom Tickets will go on sale at a later date.

The yearbook staff needs your elementary & middle school “throwback” pictures of school related activities (honors day programs, field trips, sporting events, classroom activities, science fair pics, field day, etc). Please send them to Mrs. Marissa Frye, yearbook sponsor, or Ms. Laws at WCLA.
