Monticello Elementary School PTO PTO stands for Parent-Teacher Organization, consisting of parents, teachers and principals working together to support and enrich all students.

The Monticello Elementary PTO covers Small Wonders thru 5th grade at Washington and White Heath schools. Our current board of directors:
