Montgomery! Join us this THURSDAY, JULY 16 for a Sacred Harp Singing at Old Alabama Town! All are welcome to sing or listen! A free folklife event!

FULL INFO:

We'll sing from four oblong shape-note tunebooks in use in Alabama: The Sacred Harp (2025 Edition); The Sacred Harp (Cooper revision); The Christian Harmony; and The Colored Sacred Harp.

Presented by the Alabama Center for Traditional Culture and the Alabama Folklife Association at Old Alabama Town's Loeb Reception Center in Montgomery, AL.
