STRIKING BUILD YOUR CORE

Every punch, kick, knee, and elbow starts with your core.

Striking builds more than power—it strengthens the muscles that support your spine, improve balance, protect your back, and help you move better in everyday life.

A strong core means a stronger, healthier body.

🥊 Train your strikes. Build your core. Improve your health.

Found one of our mom’s celebrating her son’s two year Trainiversary:

“Two years ago today, AJ had his first martial arts class. Our kindergartener became a Little Warrior. Over the past two years, he has trained hard and is now a yellow belt in the Black Belt Program (the highest kids’ class). We are so very proud of him.

Montgomery Martial Arts is the best of the best!! We are so lucky to have found such an amazing place. Mr. Bill and his staff go above and beyond to create an environment that challenges our son not only physically but mentally as well.

AJ’s confidence, agility, maturity, and compassion have skyrocketed over these last two years. And the best part about it is how much fun he has at every class!”

Happy Trainiversary AJ! We couldn’t be prouder of you’ve accomplished so far. 👊

It’s true! Every ninja was once the new guy. A black belt is a white belt who just never quit.

Welcome to the mat Sailor!
