Halcyon is ready to head into the new school year and conquer excellence as we write our story together!

On this past Tuesday, Halcyon welcomed the return of teachers and staff! We had a great day of learning, reflecting, but also building and strengthening relationships. This year yields lots of new beginnings for several of the staff members. Hence, our theme for this year is: A New Chapter Begins: Writing our Story of Excellence Together! We invite our students, families, community, district leaders, and all of our stakeholders to be a part of our story of excellence!

Attention Halcyon Families: Time is winding down and we need completed registration numbers winding up!

Help us complete our staff! We are in search of someone who is willing to learn and grow, as they write their chapter of excellence at Halcyon.

Halcyon Families: There are only 6 days standing in between now and the day that we open our doors to welcome students for the 2026-2027 school year. If you are a new family, you must complete the New Student Registration process. Many of you have started that process. However, if you did not upload the supporting documents, then you must bring them to the school. We are working to get each student assigned to a classroom, but we cannot do that if we do not have the proper documentation. Help us help you!

Halcyon Families: This year, instead of communicating via the Remind app, we will be communicating via the rooms app. Please go ahead and download this from the App Store. Additional information is forthcoming.

🚨New Partner Alert! Halcyon Elementary School is joining hands with Halcyon East Homeowners’ Association! The first partnership consists of a Uniform & Book Drive. All information needed is listed on the flyer. All uniforms that are collected will be donated to the Halcyon Clothes Closet. Each book collected will fill empty book shelves in teachers’ classrooms from Kindergarten to 5th Grade. Help make this mission accomplished for our young learners.

Attention Halcyon Families: The count down is on for Back to School 26-27. Teachers are working really hard to create inclusive, engaging, and safe environments for our little learners! Please mark your calendars for the following dates. We can’t wait to begin this new chapter and write our story of excellence together!
