Full Day camp is from 8am - 4pm. We will spend the days doing gymnastics, playing high-activity games, making arts and crafts, and having FUN!

This is something we have been teaching at MGA. I (Coach Alexa), have stopped using the phrase "practice makes perfect" instead, I've started saying, "practice makes IMPROVEMENT". It doesn't matter if it's not perfect every time, what matters is progress and only practice can get you there.

This quote couldn't be more true! This is what we teach at MGA. Whether you're a child learning a new gymnastics skill or a grown adult trying something new, you have to believe in yourself.
We witness children doubt themselves everyday. Once they are taught that believing in themselves can overpower the negative thoughts, they are able to master that new "scary" skill.
Then, we see little kids whispering under their breath to themselves, "I can do it" before attempting and accomplishing that skill that isn't so scary anymore.
