🚀Announcing Alabama's 2025 STEM Flight Crew🚀
The Alabama Expanded Learning Alliance (AELA) is thrilled to announce the twelve exceptional members of the 2025 STEM Flight Crew, guided by Kimberly Bell, Founder and CEO of EdTech Academy.
This forward-thinking program provides a hybrid learning experience, which includes monthly virtual meetings centered on STEM education, along with in-person engagement at the Alabama Community Education Association Conference in Florence, AL, from November 17-19, 2025. Participants will also engage in a variety of activities designed to advocate for STEM education, particularly among underserved youth.
Our mission is to empower these young leaders to recognize and explore the significant impact they can have in STEM fields. AELA is dedicated to cultivating meaningful relationships that open pathways for students to become passionate ambassadors for STEM education and afterschool engagement.
