Alexa, play Feeling Good by Nina Simone 💫
Sometimes I feel like my vision for is busting out of the seams, and other times I feel like it is too grand to even fathom.
Thanks to my professors and peers, tonight holds a feeling of empowerment in my business. I recognize that I am so committed to this vision and I will never settle for less. I am married to this vision. We are in a life partnership. And I am willing to do the work necessary to be with this vision til death do us part.

Yeah, elephant pjs are cute; but do you practice Self Myofascial Release?
No matter how brief of a moment I have to practice MFR, I swear I release tension from the depths of my soul.
This work is so profound to me and it is always such an honor to share.
I’m feeling a YouTube vid for ya’ll coming soon to help you cultivate a home practice with my sequencing. Or maybe a bunch of IG posts. If you’re interested, let me know whatcha think!
