Looking for fresh ways to bring educational robotics into your classroom or strengthen your computer science program? Join us at Auburn University on October 8–9, 2026, for the Southern Educational Robotics Conference (SERC)!

Connect with fellow STEM educators and explore robotics learning for elementary through high school classrooms and competitive programs. Whether you’re getting started or building on years of experience, SERC offers opportunities to learn, exchange ideas, and grow.

Earn professional learning credit while you attend:

TEAMS: Approximately 6 hours of credit available.

APLDS: Approved for up to 12 clock hours. Course 351476 — APLDS - Southeastern Center of Robotics Education: 2026-27 Southern Educational Robotics Conference (SERC).

PowerSchools: Up to 12 hours of credit. Course 351810 — Auburn University_SCORE_Southern Educational Robotics Conference.

Registration is $235. Explore topics such as using robots to teach content, virtual robotics and coding, grants and funding, robotics competitions, and more.

The wait is over! We’re excited to announce the dates and locations for the 2027 Girls Engaged in Math and Science (GEMS) Expo season.

📍 February 4, 2027 – Toyota Field | Huntsville, AL
📍February 25, 2027 – International Motorsports Hall of Fame | Talladega, AL
📍March 4, 2027 – Wallace State Community College | Selma, AL
📍March 18, 2027 – Gulf Coast Eco Center | Gulf Shores, AL

Each Expo will feature its own regional setting and STEM experiences, making the 2027 GEMS season an exciting opportunity for students to learn, collaborate, and share their work.
