🍂IT’S TOO HOT TO FALL… Y’ALL🍂

We’ve made the decision to MOVE opening weekend to October 3 & 4 and there are a few reasons behind the change…

☀️ YOU are our biggest concern.
With this Texas heat index and humidity hanging on, we are worried about our guests, especially our littlest and older visitors, becoming overheated.
And believe us when we say IT’S HOT! 🥵 We’ve been out here decorating in it and may or may not have taken MANY dips in the pool...(fully clothed) to cool off. 😂💦

🐷 Farmer Bo is STILL on the hunt for baby pigs for our beloved Pig Races, because opening weekend just wouldn’t be the same without those little racers! If anyone has any leads, SEND THEM OUR WAY! 🙏🏻🐷

🌻🎃 Our flowers and pumpkins are loving the extra growing time, and another week will give Mother Nature a little more time to work on her magic.

BUT…there IS some exciting news! 👀

🌽 Our CORN MAZE IS THRIVING! In some areas, the corn is already pushing ALMOST 10’ TALL 😳🌽 soooo… you might wanna bring a tall friend with you… 😂

Sometimes Mother Nature has her own timeline, and we want everyone and everything to be ready for an amazing fall season.

📅 NEW OPENING WEEKEND: OCTOBER 3 & 4

It’ll be worth the wait! ❤️

🌽 Weekly Happenings at P-6 Farms 🌽

Our ❤️🤍💙 are overflowing with gratitude this week! We harvested 15 acres of field corn, which will help feed our cattle and sustain the work God has entrusted to us. 🚜🐄

Around the farm, we’ve also been busy planning, painting, and decorating as we prepare for all the joyful excitement ahead. 🎨

I’m thankful for continued progress through physical therapy and for the strength to keep up with my exercises at home. Just a couple more months to go! 💪

But the greatest blessing of all is welcoming home our beautiful new grandson, Braxton Michael Poole. We are soooooo grateful to GOD for this precious gift and overjoyed to become first-time grandparents! 💙💙

Our family head count at the ranch is now 🔟—BUT…. there’s 1️⃣ more on the way. 🤩👶🏻💗

4️⃣ generations, 1️⃣ ranch, and countless blessings. We are praising God for family, faith, new life, and all the joy this season brings. 🙏🏼
