This week, Madame Cureton's French Culture class learned about Haute Cuisine, New Cuisine, Michelin Stars...Students cooked Boeuf Bourguignon, Croque Monsieur, Tarte Tatin ( served with vanilla ice cream). And, Madame Cureton taught them to make crepes! If you are not taking this class now, be on the lookout for it in the future!

Join the History League tomorrow as they kick off the History League movie series. First in the series is Hotel Rwanda, about the genocide in Rwanda in the 1990, starring Don Cheadle. Dr. Michael Burger will lead a discussion afterward for interested students.
