🍎 Johnny Appleseed Day! 🍎

What a FUN day in Kindergarten! Today was all about APPLES! 🍏🍎

We learned all about Johnny Appleseed, discovered how applesauce is made, and taste-tested all sorts of yummy apple treats!

We also became Apple Investigators! 🔎🍎 We explored the different parts of an apple, made predictions about whether an apple would sink or float, and then tested our predictions like real scientists!

Of course, we had to add a little more Apple Science too! 🧪 We made apple volcanoes and LOVED watching them erupt! 🌋🍎

We ended our day discovering a little bit of the magic that makes Kindergarten at Keenan so much FUN! 💙💛

Our first FCA meeting of the year was a special time for our 3rd–5th grade students to come together, build friendships, grow in their faith, and encourage one another. We are excited for all the opportunities this year will bring!

🍎 Apple Rotations! 🍎 Today was a fun-filled day of learning all about apples and Johnny Appleseed! Our first graders enjoyed a directed drawing, labeled the parts of an apple, created their own apple trees, played apple bingo, and explored so many fun apple-themed activities. We had a crisp and wonderful day of learning!

What an AMAZING APEX Day we had today!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who supported our school through this incredible fundraising event! Your support means so much to our Keenan Lions! ❤️

The APEX team has been absolutely amazing—not only getting our students excited about school, but also teaching them valuable character lessons along the way. We are so grateful for the energy, encouragement, and positivity they brought to our campus!

See You at the Pole was such a blessing this morning! We loved gathering with our Keenan families to pray over our school, our staff, our students, and our community. What a beautiful reminder of the power of coming together in prayer! We are so thankful for everyone who joined us and helped make this morning so special.
