My name is Terri Whitehead Martin, an Alabama Realtor since 1999 and on staff since 1996 at David Kahn & Company Real Estate. Last Monday, August 19, I celebrated my 28th year in a service oriented career field where you are only paid if you sell a home. I've spent the last 28 years focusing on how I can improve my clients' experiences when buying, selling, and relocating. Real Estate is not an inexpensive venture, there are tremendous fees to pay, education to complete on a continuous basis, and designations to acquire if you really desire to be one of the "great" ones.
