Don’t let the enemy keep you from your ministry.

Your testimony is the calling
Your story is what will draw people to Jesus
Your pain will be used for good
Your suffering was not unheard

So do it UNAFRAID. Pray and listen. Fast and worship. He is waiting for you to step into YOUR ANOINTING!!!

Ecclesiastes 3:1

”To everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven.”

This verse reminds me that building a ministry requires recognizing the right time and purpose for every step. It encourages patience and trust in God’s timing as He directs the growth and impact of the ministry.

As we enter into a new year, with new phrases like “goals,” “new you,” “healing” and weight loss, I want you to remember one thing:

You have no idea what other people are going through in their journeys. Focus on you and only you.

i’m sure if I gave you every gritty detail of my healing journey, you wouldn’t dare even put a toe into the water. I had suffered for so many years, literally decades, but so much of it was invisible. The invisible auto immune issues, the invisible pain, the invisible mental health struggles, and more than anything, the spiritual attacks.

Over 10 years ago, I decided to take a leap off of the cliff and totally trust God and the plant medicines created for us on this earth. What wasn’t overnight truly still seemed miraculous after 20 years of doctors saying I’ll never be better, it will just get worse and you’ll need all of these medications.

I also want you to know that I’ve done incredibly hard work to get here. And the true healing happened in two places. (Yes, once I got my inflammation under control and healed so many systems in my body that were ravaged from toxic lifestyle, traumas, and “genetic issues“, I was able to lift off a barrage of symptoms that I suffered from.)

✨Emotional psychosomatic therapy. Regulating the nervous system, digging deep into the body where everything I’ve ever felt and experienced was stored.

✨Focusing in on my relationship with Jesus and fully allowing the Holy Spirit to take charge. I can’t tell you what surrendering your faith really looks like because it’s something that you can’t even put words to.

These things also triggered, weight loss, full relief of anxiety, better relationships with my family, and being able to trust the process even more with my clients.

You’re probably wondering what this new year is going to entail for you, but for this year, I will be concentrating on giving you all of the tools and support of things you may not have even considered.

It’s not only time to make America healthy again, it’s time for national healing. Global healing. The shift is happening.

And I’m here to help lead it.
Here’s to all the possibility of 2025 and making it ACTUALLY happen.
