Anyone figure this reunion thing out? We should probably start a FB page to discuss it. It’ll be just like work. A meeting to discuss the upcoming meeting.

Another huge announcement!!! I want send a great big Thank You to Greg Nino (why I can't tag you I don't know). He has also made a wonderful donation towards our reunion. This is getting so exciting!! Get your checks in, we are going to have so much fun!!!

We just booked the best DJ in Montgomery County!! Hell, probably the best DJ in TEXAS!!! Robert Simmons of Red Light Crash Studios will be DJ'ing the night away!! So come prepared to dance, drink, laugh and have a great time!! Don't forget to get your checks in by 7/31/12 if you want to join this awesome night!!

We are getting to deadline time!! I have to pay April Sound on 7/31/12. If you are coming, please get your checks to me ASAP. April Sound is charging us per person and we have to have a final total on 7/31/12. Not trying to sound rude, we are just getting close to crunch time!

Ok folks. Need to get rolling on this. I am tossing numbers around and need some input. First, heres what we are looking at doing.
1. August 11 (4 hours) April Sound Club
2. Dinner, drink, dessert
3. Music of some sort (band or dj) still undetermined
4. Decorations
5. Cash Bar (we pay a flat fee to have this and you pay as you go)
6. Name badges
7. A program or other type of keepsake item to be determined
8. Invitations

Price per couple $125 (with tax a little over $80.00 of that is for food).
Please give me your thoughts. I have to put down a $500 deposit TODAY and I do not want to do this out of my pocket if you all think this is unreasonable.

The final date is August 11th at the April Sound Country Club. This date seemed to work better for the majority. No more changes to the date will be made so mark your calendars!! We hope to see everyone there!!!! :) KC

So June 16th is Fathers day weekend. I did not realize that until it was mentioned. The only other date at this point is August 11th. That is 2weeks or so before school starts. I can switch the date tomorrow if needed. Does this work better? KC
